Office Manager
Alison is the office manager here at Rainbow Dental Center Ewa Beach, where she ensures every patient’s experience is welcoming, seamless, and positive. With a strong background in administration and years of military service, she brings proven leadership, discipline and a mission-focused mindset to guiding the team and supporting patients. Alison is passionate about creating a warm and professional environment, fostering teamwork, and helping the office thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, spending time at the beach with her husband and their two dogs, and diving into creative projects.
Zillah
RDH
Zillah is a highly skilled and compassionate dental hygienist with 20 years of experience in the field. A proud graduate of James Campbell High School and the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Dental Hygiene School. Zillah has dedicated nearly two decades to providing exceptional patient care. Besides her role as a dental hygienist, she is also a CPR and BLS certified, with extensive knowledge in Invisalign and sleep apnea dentistry, including the ability to identify patients at risk for sleep apnea. Zillah loves educating and empowering patients to take charge of achieving optimal oral health. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys making ribbon lei, making crafts with her cricut and shopping.

Lead Dental Assistant
Jovet is a highly experienced dental assistant with over two decades in the field. Married for 25 years and a proud parent to a 24-year-old daughter and a 22-year-old son, Jovet began a career in dental assisting in 2005 with no prior experience. Through dedication, adaptability and a passion for learning, Jovet quickly grew into a confident professional who feels completely at home in the dental environment. Today, the dental office is like a second home, a place where Jovet thrives, finds joy in the work and continues to grow both personally and professionally.
Brittney
Front Office Specialist
Brittney is one of the friendly faces who helps keep our office running smoothly. As a front desk specialist, Brittney is dedicated to ensuring every patient has a seamless and positive experience, from scheduling appointments to answering questions with a smile.
With over five years in the dental field, Brittney brings a unique perspective from both the clinical and administrative sides. She spent three years as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front office, where she’s thrived for the past two years. Her well-rounded background helps her anticipate patient needs and provide outstanding support.
Outside the office, Brittney enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with her two fluffy bunnies. She’s all about creating good vibes, having great conversations, and making every visit to the dentist as stress-free as possible.
